FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I create an online giving account or log-in to my account?
Visit: www.osvhub.com/stjohnsindy/funds
Click on sign in/create an account to begin.
What are the perks of giving online?
Simplicity! You can set-up recurring payments that will auto-deduct at the frequency of your choosing. Online giving accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Account (ACH) payments.
Are there fees for giving online?
There is a fee for online payments, but it is charged to St. John’s and not to you. We are blessed here at St. John's to build in Online Giving transaction fees to our annual budget, so the fee is not taken from your donation. Below is a breakdown of the fees incurred:
Bank Account (ACH): $0.33 is charged for each transaction.
Credit card: $0.37 is charged for each transaction plus around 2.94% of the donation. The percentage depends on the type of credit card.
With that being said, we would still like to control these fees as much as we can, so we simply want you to be aware! Take a look at your account and see how you are giving, if you're giving by a credit card consider switching over to ACH.
Can I give online for Second Collections?
Yes! When giving online it may be easy to miss second collections so each month you will receive an email from the Director of Finance with links to the second collections for that month. We will provide links to the specific collections, so for example, if you wish to give to Christmas Flowers, you will be able to click the link next to Christmas Flowers and it will direct you to the online giving page. You'll be able to log into your account and submit a one-time payment or you can set it up as a recurring payment with weekly, monthly or even annual options to give.
I need help logging into my account.

I would like to donate offline via cash or check.
You can always donate to St. John’s via cash or check by putting it in the collection baskets each week at any of the Masses. All checks should be made out to St. John Catholic Church.
