Devotions
Below are some of the devotional opportunities available at St. John's to pray together as a community of faith. All are welcome to join in for any of these.
Rosary Before Weekend Masses
Every Sunday the Rosary will be prayed 30 minutes before the 8am, 10:30am and 7pm Mass begins. Join us for a community prayer of the rosary. The gift of being able to pray through the intercession of Mary for our personal and parish needs is very powerful! Monthly Rosary Making Join a group from St. John's each month for a night of Rosary Making. For more details visit the Rosary Making Page - Click Here Holy Hours of Adoration
Light a Candle inside St. John's If you are not able to make it to Mass, St. John's can light a candle for you in the church! Candles can be lit at any of the side chapels at St. John's (St. Mary, St. Joseph, Sacred Heart, St. Patrick, St. Anne and the Pieta Chapel of the Sorrowful Mother). You can have your candle lit for one week, one month or one year as well as offer a particular prayer intention. You can purchase your candle online or fill out the form online and mail your payment into St. John’s. https://www.osvhub.com/stjohnsindy/forms/candles Eucharistic Processions St. John’s typically has two Eucharistic Processions each year (Divine Mercy Sunday after the 10:30am Mass along Georgia Street and during the annual St. John’s Christkindl Village). Check back for more info as these processions get closer. *Please note due to Christkindl Village being postponed for 2021 there will be no Eucharistic Procession this year. |
