Megan has been with St. John’s since 2011 and oversees internal and external communication for the parish including weekly parishioner emails, graphics for displayed print and web material, social media, website and mobile app updates, press releases, parish bulletin and newsletter as well as coordination with Georgia Street events. As Director of Special Events, Megan helps plan and support parish events as needed through helping to build community, organizing volunteers and engaging parishioners in parish life. As part of this role, she coordinates and helps to manage St. John's annual Christkindl Village. She also handles rentals of the Pan Am Parish Hall Rental space and Bulletin Ads for St. John's bulletin.
Hobbies: spending quality time with friends and family, walking, summer concerts and reading
Favorite Saint: St. Peter and Padre Pio

Director of Finance

Dave has been with St. John’s since March 2020 and oversees the financial and business operations for the parish including maintenance of all bookkeeping records (ledgers, payroll, accounts receivable and payable), current financial information on all outreach funds, preparation of financial reports and presentation materials for parish Finance Council meetings, development and tracking of the parish budget, annual reporting to parishioners, and compliance with all government and archdiocesan reporting requirements. Hobbies: Spending time with family (especially his grandchildren), reading, the Indianapolis 500.

Jessica Inabnitt - Director of Mission & Discipleship for Women
Jessica has been a part of the St Johns ministry team since June 2014 as a wedding hostess. As wedding hostess, it is her job to help the bride and groom feel comfortable with the process and layout of their upcoming wedding. She is also with the couple during rehearsal and day of wedding, to guide the couple and wedding party. In July of 2016, Jessica transitioned into a full time role of Director of Mission and Discipleship for Women. As part of a team, along with Brian Bibb, she and Brian work to bring others to grow in personal relationship with Christ and answer the call of our Lord to "go forth and make disciples of all nations".
Hobbies: Spending time with family and friends, reading, and enjoy spending time outdoors
Favorite Saint: St Theresa the little flower. She was introduced to St Theresa through her grandmother. She connected to her because of her simple way, seeking Holiness in the ordinary everyday. And also The Blessed Mother Mary. Our mother, our faith, love and charity.
Favorite scripture: 2 Corinthians 12:9 "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness." and
John 20:28-29 Thomas answered and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!", Jesus said to him, "Have you come to believe because you have seen? Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed."
Brian Bibb - Director of Mission & Discipleship for Men
Brian has been with St John’s since September of 2018. He is currently the Director of Mission and Discipleship for Men. His roles include leading the men of the parish through intentional missionary discipleship. He collaborates with Jessica Inabnitt and Father Rick to facilitate a Missionary Discipleship Formation series intended to launch men and women of the parish into discipleship. He is also the liaison to the Young Adult Spiritual Formation Committee which plans the yearly Young Adult Retreat to Colorado and various other events. Brian also assists in meeting with new parishioners to help them plug in to parish life at St John’s.
Hobbies: Fishing, Camping, Backpacking, Hiking, Kayaking

Director of Music

Francisco arrived to St. John's in October 2013 directly from Spain. He is responsible for the Music Ministry, including playing the organ for the weekend Masses and special celebrations, preparing and rehearsing with the two St. John choirs, training cantors and arranging music for instrumental ensembles.
Hobbies: Francisco feels so blessed to work at St. John's doing that what he likes to do the most! Writing music gives him a lot of life and joy as he offers back to the Lord the gifts He has blessed him with. Spending time with his family is on top of his hobbies, and he loves traveling with them. He also enjoys playing soccer and cycling!
Favorite Saint: Francisco is so grateful to his parents for giving him two saint names that have been a unique intercessors in his life: Saint Francis of Assisi and Saint Joseph, who is also the patron saint of his home town, Valencia. Saint Catherine of Siena means a lot to his wife and him, and they are very drawn to the Devotion of the Divine Mercy.
Favorite Scripture: But the one who perseveres to the end will be saved. (Matthew, 24:13)

Sarah joined the ministry team in August of 2020. She helps Father Rick with administrative duties of the parish. She also assists with planning and coordination of events such as Christkindl Village, Missionary Disciple formation nights and special parish social and faith based events. She supports Megan Fish, our Director of Communications and Special Events, in various leadership and support needs. Sarah is the Director of the Garden Door Ministry, the homeless outreach program at St.John's.
Hobbies: Reading and spending days at the lake

Bridget joined the staff in the Fall of 2003. Her responsibilities include scheduling all the weddings that take place at St. John’s within each calendar year. She provides knowledge to engaged couples who are inquiring about St. John’s and also provide information regarding downtown weddings. She is in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 3:30pm. Please feel free to contact Bridget and she will guide you through the process of booking a wedding date.
Hobbies: Bridget enjoys walking and biking at Indy parks, visiting different Catholic churches, and being involved in the Irvington neighborhood community.
