Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)

The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) is a process through which non-baptized adult men and women enter the Catholic Church. Through study, prayer, and rites at Mass, catechumens undergo a process of conversion as they examine the Gospel, profess their faith in Jesus and the Catholic Church, and receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Eucharist. Has God called you into the Catholic faith?

Or maybe you’ve been baptized, but haven’t received the sacraments of First Holy Communion or Confirmation yet. By engaging in certain parts of the RCIA process, you’ll receive the sacraments you may not have had the opportunity to make before.

Enroll in RCIA today or learn about more information by contacting Joshua Schaffner, our director of  Catechesis & Discipleship.
